Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Online Sessions: Clients can book sessions through the ORRALIGHT website (ORRALIGHT.com) by selecting their preferred service and making payment through the provided payment gateway.

2. Confirmation of Booking: Upon successful payment confirmation, clients will receive an email confirmation of their booking, along with details of the selected service and appointment date.

3. Appointment Scheduling: The appointment date for the booked service will be set within 5 working days from the date of payment confirmation, subject to mutual availability.

4. Payment Receipt: A payment receipt will be generated and sent to the client's registered email address upon successful payment processing.

5. Session Delivery Methods: Sessions can be conducted online via Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, or direct dialing, as per the client's preference. For personal visits, the studio is equipped with proper washroom facilities and elevators for accessibility.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellation: Clients may request to reschedule their appointment with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, subject to mutual availability. Cancellation of appointments is allowed with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

7. Deposit Policy: For certain services or appointments, clients may be required to pay a deposit in advance to secure their booking. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total service fee.

8. Refund Policy: Refunds will be provided in accordance with the ORRALIGHT Refund Policy. Please refer to the Refund Policy section on the website for more details.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality: All client information and session details will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without explicit consent.

10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties. In case of unresolved disputes, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Location].

11. Acceptance of Terms: By booking services through ORRALIGHT.com and making payment, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights: Reproduction or distribution of course materials, content, or work provided by ORRALIGHT is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights associated with ORRALIGHT services are protected under Indian and international laws.

7. Compliance with Laws: ORRALIGHT complies with all relevant Indian laws and international regulations governing data protection, privacy, and intellectual property rights. Refunds & Cancellations 

No Refund and No Cancellation Policy

Introduction: This No Refund and No Cancellation Policy ("Policy") is applicable to all services provided by ORRALIGHT ("Company") through its website and associated platforms. By booking services with ORRALIGHT, you ("Client") agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Policy.

1. Payment: All payments made for services rendered by ORRALIGHT are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once the payment is processed through the Razorpay payment gateway, it is considered final and cannot be reversed.

2. Cancellation: Cancellation of booked services is not permitted under any circumstances. Once a service is booked and paid for, it cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be provided.

3. Rescheduling: While cancellation is not allowed, clients have the option to reschedule their booked services by mutual agreement. Both parties must consent to the rescheduling, and it should be done within a reasonable timeframe before the scheduled service date.

4. Exceptions: In the event of technical errors or failures on the part of ORRALIGHT or Razorpay that prevent the delivery of services as agreed, the Company may, at its discretion, provide a refund or reschedule the service.

5. Legal Compliance: This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

6. Acceptance: By booking services with ORRALIGHT and making payment through the Razorpay payment gateway, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this No Refund and No Cancellation Policy.
